Great place, great rates, clean, American and local owned, great and friendly staff, been staying here for about 25 years no complaints from me!
We have stayed there for years. We stay there every time we come to Pigeon Forge, if they have vancies. Great ladies in office and the staff treats us like royalty. You can't go wrong staying here!!!
Norma Dan Motel was an awesome place everyone was very helpful told us about the trolley that would take us to Dollywood & back our room was nice & clean it was a quiet place this will be our go to place whenever we go back to pigeon forge. Another plus is that it's American owned. So if you're looking for a nice place to stay then Norma Dan Motel I'd the place to stay.

The staff is very nice. The rooms are clean. The pools are nice. Indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. We will definitely stay there next time we come back!
Very clean, friendly staff, centrally located (walking distance to shops, restaurants, and rode Trolley to Dollywood!). My granddaughter and I loved the outside pool and hot tub. We didn't get in the indoor pool but looked nice and clean also! This place is very affordable. It was our first time staying there and we are already looking forward to staying there again! Would highly recommend this place to others!
What a fabulous time we had. My dear mother celebrated her 92nd birthday yesterday. We had the downstairs meeting room and things were perfect!!!
Stayed here for two nights while visiting family that was vacationing in Pigeon Forge. My room was very spacious and clean. Bed was super comfy. A nice balcony to sit out on and enjoy the scenery. The staff was absolutely superb and so accommodating! Will definitely stay there again when I'm back in Pigeon Forge. Glad to support local business.
