Super nice people on the staff. Great little motel in a good location at a fair price. This will now be my go-to in Pigeon Forge.
Just got home from a 4 night stay here. Very clean motel. The cleanest motel I guess I have ever stayed in. Staff is very friendly. Enjoyed our stay very much. The only complaint I have is the bed in 201 absolutely killed our back. But we bought a air mattress and slept on that. We will definitely be back.

My daughter and I took a short vacation last week and stayed here at Norma Dan. It was wonderful. The lady at the desk got us checked in a little early. She was so friendly! Our room was incredibly clean. My girl loved sitting on the balcony before bed every night. Thanks for the great service! We will definitely be back again!!
We stayed at the Norma Dan at the beginning of August. We hosted our wedding reception in one of their party rooms and I couldn't have been more pleased with it. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location. They will now be my go to hotel to stay in when we visit multiple times a year! Thanks for being awesome!
I actually cannot heap enough praise on the staff of the Norma Dan. They have never let us down at TCI and have always gone the extra mile.
Great customer service, clean rooms, excellent swimming facilities, and economical pricing great for a budget. If you want no frills, basic, and clean on the strip in Pigeon Forge, this is the place.
