The place smells horrible. Some aerosol spray would do wonders. Also got eaten up with bed bug bites. Now out $150 due to making sure they do not infest our home! All we received was "I'm sorry" bed bugs in room 312
Good place to stay is in a good location across from Dixie stampede good prices I like parking at my door
This is the best place to stay!! It's like home away from home. The people are so sweet and friendly. The times we stayed we always ended up staying an extra night because you don't want to leave �� I love the atmosphere there. This is the only place I will stay �
We always stay in the cabins. They are always clean and well stocked. We recieve nothing but the best and frendliest service every time we come. We have stayed with them 3 times and they will always be our first choice when visiting the smokies.

I like this reasonably priced motel. The rooms are quant and I enjoy the balconies. We were there last week and our sheets were very dingie. Looked like they were washed in dirty water. I will still go back. I appreciate the quaint little place and reasonable pricing.
Last Labor Day was our first time staying here and we have been going to the Smokies for 27 years. We always stayed in Gatlinburg & our old place was torn down right after we stayed there 2 yrs ago. After researching many places last year we decided to give Norma Dan a try. I can say we have found our forever place to stay in Pigeon Forge. We like it so well we are going back in 4 weeks!!! I highly recommend.
I love staying here because I always have the peace of mind knowing we are going to have a clean room (cleanest rooms you'll find ANYWHERE). Everything always works properly, the staff are all very friendly, and I really love the story about the owners. It is also wonderful that you have an indoor, and outdoor pool. I also love the location, right in the middle of everything we like to do! I really can't say enough about how happy we are to stay at the Norma Dan Motel. Thank you, so much!
