My husband and I just returned home from our first stay at the Norma Dan. We both fell in love in day one of our stay. We were ground level just outside of the pool. Our room offered a jacuzzi tub and a quiet stay. The housekeepers done a wonderful job keeping our room spotless!! The breakfast was simple but very tasty! We loved the Krispy Kreme Donuts!!! The staff and workers were very friendly! We will definitely be back!!!
We stayed here on Tuesday after traveling from Asheville.We usually stay in Gatlinburg when we visit.We will stay here from now on.Thank you for a wonderful overnight stay.

We started doing our family vacations to the mountains many many years ago and we’ve stayed in a lot of hotels there in Pigeon Forge, but Norma Dan is the best. I guess for the last 9 or 10 years we have stuck to this hotel. The staff is amazing. The rooms are very very clean & the hotel it’s self is very cozy. You will love your stay here. Thanks Norma Dan for being a part of our family
Loved our stay in the summer of June last year� Kids and adults had a blast in both pools and the hot tub was quite relaxing if I may say. The location is great and very convenient. Rooms were extremely nice and we loved to take pics out on the balcony. I loved to sit and enjoy the smell and enjoy the scenery of the mountains. We will be back ��
This was my first time to stay here. Very clean room, exceptionally friendly staff and great price. I guarantee this will now become my go to place No need to shop around. Great location and all. Thanks to the owners and staff for not only acting but showing that you care for your customers
