This hotel is the best, great location, super clean and comfortable rooms, great indoor and outdoor pools and continental breakfast..... but the best thing about this hotel is the management and staff. My husband and I have been staying here for 30 + years our kids have grown up with the staff's kids and my husbands' family were staying with them before that.....they treat you like family, they take the time to really get to know you and they truly care about you. Everything!!!! Can't find a greater place to stay in Pigeon Forge. The people there are wonderful feel like family to us. The only place we ever stay.
