Service Dept. Broke a wire on my AC assembly. Said it was frayed and needed repair. It worked great before taking it in. They broke it. It was clear the new work that had been done to it. And they did it while doing the timing belt. They denied it and wanted me to cover the entire AC assembly. After proving they broke it. They fixed it, but only the AC clutch. So shady these guys. Where do I begin! There is absolutely NO communication here. We had our Catalytic Converter stolen off of our Prius. State Farm had it towed to Norm Reeves Toyota. It sat for two days before I finally called and here's where the run around begins. You're told, it's' with the service department so you get a voice mail box that's full. Then you call back to be told it's with the body shop and again, the voice mail box is full. There were a number of reasons that are prompting me to submit this complaint and it began from my initial interactions with them. 1. When I first went to test drive the car, their pushy demeanor was unsettling but expected from a less pleasant dealership. Unfortunately, in addition to this off putting behavior they also ran my credit when I had no intention of purchasing at that time. Do not trust this place with any dealings over the phone or via email!!! Lied to by Greg ("Coach") and Muhammed!!! Not reputable! I've been looking for a RAV4 hybrid which admittedly is in low stock across the county.
