Beware of this Dealership!!! I love the Toyota brand but steer clear of this dealership in ************* parents bought a Tacoma here with cash 2.5 months ago but the dealer would not transfer my parents the title. My parents reached out to the dealership multiple times requesting the title but just received lies and excuses.Finally, I had to call 6 times just to speak to a manager and remind them the legal limit is 30 days to transfer a customer the title. I had an appointment to tighten the screws on my Prius Spoiler (attached to the top of the truck lid) & had an appointment. When it was my turn, I was told I had to go to the auto body/collision **** (which opened an hour later), I told the auto body tech that I needed the s**** tightened to stop the rattling and this jerk told me I had to a new spoiler and then they had to match my paint??? We are a Certified-ICAR Gold Toyota collision center and only perform work to factory specifications. Unfortunately a spoiler that has been glued twice needs to be replaced and if necessary color matched. I originally took my '98 Land Cruiser to Norm Reeves for an oil change and to check a squeaking noise that would happen >3,000 rpms (turned out it was the drive belt, which they replaced at a premium). I bought my 2020 Corolla in for its first service. ****** was very very polite and efficient. My car was taken care of in a timely fashion . This is my second Toyota purchased from Norm Reeves Toyota. I would recommend both service and sales .

I got into an accident in May of 2021. I took my vehicle to Norm Reeves Toyota collision center and it has been nearly 2 months with my vehicle still not fixed and every week Toyota continues to change the date of when the vehicle will be ready. I understand that they have to order to parts but I can not understand why it would take this long for my car to be fixed and the date of the car being repaired continues to be pushed back. Coming up on the year **** of losing a car I just bought from Norm Reeves Toyota I've lost my down payment and some out out of pocket expense-$700.00 because of whatever warranty I had thank *** covered the rest for the vehicle I purchased with this dealership. On May 31 I was alerted about an ad on OfferUp for a new Tacoma at $40,901 that we realized came from Norm Reeves Toyota. I followed up on their web site and found the same truck there. I inquired online and they said it had been put on the lot that morning and I should come down to see it. I was also sent a specs sheet from Ashley Arlington which agreed to the OfferUp ad but gave more information on extra packages, etc. So I went to the dealer and the truck was still wrapped up and the sticker on the car said $40,901.
