Extremely RUDE Horrible service manager name Al. He gets upset because I ask him simple general questions like, "Are there other alternative repair for this particular issue that is more effective?" and "Is there anything Ford is doing to help customers with this repair, since this is a known defective engineering part?" The repair takes 4 days, so I asked if I can see the car as the repair progress. This guy was just screaming at my ear. I will never ever take my car to this dealer again.
Top Notch Dealership I recently purchased a 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser at the Cerritos Ford Lincoln Mercury Hyundai dealership. I want perspective car buyers out there to know that this is a very well run dealership. My experience here was by far the best I've ever had buying a car. I especially want to point out that my salesman, (Ricky P.) was very professional and made buying my car a pleasant experience.

My brother bought a 2008 ford fusion and got a great deal. The salesperson was very helpful and worked with my brother's needs. All the employees at Ford were sincere and very hospitable. I definitely recommend buying a car from Cerritos Ford.
