Extremely RUDE Horrible service manager name Al. He gets upset because I ask him simple general questions like, "Are there other alternative repair for this particular issue that is more effective?" and "Is there anything Ford is doing to help customers with this repair, since this is a known defective engineering part?" The repair takes 4 days, so I asked if I can see the car as the repair progress. This guy was just screaming at my ear. I will never ever take my car to this dealer again.
Great Experience I had a great experience with David Ademola over the weekend, he was able to help me with all my questions and get me into a pre-owned Hyundai with no problem. I enjoyed my car purchasing experience and would def recommend David to family or friends.

From the moment we got there Edgar Jimenez welcomed us and helped us choose the car we where looking for. He was patient and knowledgeable of the inventory. He showed us around until we finally found the right car.
