I had gone in April 2019 to address an issue with an intermittent vibration. They replaced the pulley idler and tensioner to fix this but the issue has reoccured again. I have driven less than **** miles since the repair.I called in today regarding this and they cannot even bring me in to take a look before next week. I have a 2020 Accord that's still under warranty. During a recent trip, my tire low pressure light went on, but it didn't specify the tire. I checked and filled all of the tires on multiple days, but it didn't appears to be a leak, so I figured it was a faulty wheel sensor. Hello, We looked into this complaint and there is no basis for the customers claims. We have a video from update promise where we showed the customer the leak in the tire.
Beware consumers! I went to exchange me current 2013 Civic lease in exchange for a new lease another 2016 Civic and out of convenience chose Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine. The experience with the Lease Manager and Finance was OK until a few weeks later I get a toll road bill saying I owed hundreds in my 2013 Civic. Com to find out; this dealership went on a joy ride with my car ! I was livid! They also forgot to release the payoff check to pay off my former lease balance!
