No air conditioning and peeling paint. I can assure you this review is not given lightly. Last summer in 2023, my air conditioner quit working. Apparently, it was a leaking seal that was bad and was still covered under the Honda extended warranty, so it was fixed by ****** Reeves Honda in August of 2023. This summer of 2024, the air conditioner quit cooling again and the paint is starting to peel in several spots. Dealership behaves in a way to what youd expect in the 1990s not current day. They reached out to me and I was very straight forward about what I wanted to accomplish and what I needed in order to make the drive to Irvine. After arriving in person, its like the conversation that was had on the phone never happened. Told me originally there would be no dealer installed add ons, yet their proposal included nearly $6,000 of add ons. Went in after calling and speaking to the sales manager. I wanted to order a **** Honda Crv Hybrid with the colors and package I choose. According to the interactive Honda Website you can build the Honda you want. I had previously bought a car from this dealership and have used their service department for oil changes and routine maintenance. Never again! I was selling my car. A person interested in my car. She asked me if it was okay to take the car to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Irvine. I expected a legit business, thus I said yes. But it was not.A guy from Honda (*****) came. I gave some space them to check the car properly. I went in to buy a new car. I checked my credit score on credit karma and it was above 700. I negotiated the price of the car and then let them run my credit. They came back and told me with Experian my score is 630. They did NOT show me the report! They hit me with *****% interest and I was ready to walk out. Then all of a sudden they got me 8.99%.I go into finance and the finance guy says if I buy the extended warranty he will try to get me ****% and my payment will only go up $10. Took my vehicle here for a airbag recall and left with a giant crack in my windshield on the side where they replaced the airbag. The service department rep told me they would call me back within 72hrs to give them time to "review the video". Despite waiting a week and then calling three times, they never called me back. Irvine earned their 1 star rating today. Internet manager who came off as a very nice guy, and I'm sure he is still wasted my time. you had 1 job ***** went in for a ****** deal, I contacted them too BTW, like I told you I would, Internet manager , and got a very unimpressive offer of 46K for Hybrid CRV. My name was misspelt on all the paperwork, despite the sales rep having access to my driver's license. I was assured by that sales rep that this would not result in any subsequent umbrage. A month later, I received my *** registration papers with my name misspelt. Baited and switched me during sale. Had to change battery a week after I got it. Based off my experience in conversations with the general manager doesnt seem like he has his finger of really whats going on there. Poorly ran business, unethical, and flat out low class

Sales **** was not contacted about the battary and salesperson no longer employed with he cmpany. Business would have had no problem replacing the battary but **** was unaware that there was an issue.
