When I purchased this Lincoln, I was very appreciative of the customer service that I received. Since moving here, I have been even more impressed with the service at Norm Reeves. Cindy, the service representative, went above and beyond to solve an unseen problem and did it quickly.
Good service however I had a 7:15 appointment and wasn’t seen by the Service Advisor until nearly 7:30. Why do appointments if they can’t be met?
