I pulled in and was greeted immediately which I thought was fantastic. Then I was told to wait which of course felt a little bit too long. I hope I get my service techs name right I think it was Ivan. He was great!!! I was an hour late for my appointment at 955 and I got there at 1055 but I needed to be at work by 230. When i asked how long he said between 1 and 3. I told him my situation and he said he would try. Got my car back by 2 and it was washed!!! World class
