Great experience. The service advisor did some checks and then sent it back to a technician to confirm. It was done quickly and I was out of there in 20 minutes.

Professional service. Service rep is a keeper!
The work is well done always. The service writer never tries to sell you something you don’t need. They may have suggestions but don’t try to talk you into anything right now. The lounge is immaculate and the coffee is good! Too, they even washed my car🤗
Had an amazing experience! Josh called me and emailed me a deal and that same day I was able to go in and finalize a very good deal. The whole process was very quick and I walked out so pleased with my Ford Escape. Even I’m ever in the market for a new car, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Norm Reeves Ford
