I have only experienced kindness and professionalism here. Even my first visit and having prescriptions sent to me, they knew I was knew and explained how they worked. There is clear signage as well. I didn't have to wait long, I'm in and out. I'm grateful they are close to me, friendly. Also, support small business especially small pharmacies. No more CVS and WALGREENS. anyone comparing, I sense it's the complainer because I been here 4 times and it's been great experience so far.
This pharmacy was extremely careless. I was having a flare-up of an eye condition, so I chose to pick up my prescription eye drops from this pharmacy because it was close to my workplace. When I walked in, the two employees at the counter—an older man wearing glasses and a younger guy—were busy chatting and completely ignored me. I gave this pharmacy two chances, and both were disappointing. The first time was months ago, they told me my prescription was out of stock, which forced me to spend hours finding another pharmacy and coordinating with my doctor before an upcoming trip. The next day, they admitted the medication was actually there and blamed it on a new employee’s mistake. I understood, but it wasted a lot of my time and energy. Extremely rude and unprofessional pharmacist. Had to do a prescription transfer because I was out of town and when that took two days longer than expected I called back to undo it. Pharmacist then told me "I'm not bothering with that for a lousy 50 cent prescription". Major attitude problem with this guy, sorry you hate your life but don't take it out on customers
Family has been going here for 30 years pharmacist is awsome. He especially takes great care of my mom
