RecommendedWent in to have my prong fixed on my twelve year old wedding ring. I expected to just simply have it fixed, but after speaking with Austin, he was able to make some slight modifications to my setting, while he fixed it, and it is literally perfect! I could not be happier and plan to use them for all of my repairs!
This is a top notch jeweler who cares about everyone who walks through that door. I have been a customer for 30 years. And there's a good reason for that �

Needed to have a ring resized but put it off for months because I didn't know who to trust. After doing research online about the correct way to resize rings, I found Nords in Kalamazoo. I took my ring in, they gave me a price to have it done and told me it would take 2 weeks. The work is done right in the store so my ring never left the shop. 5 days later I got a call that my ring was done--just in time for our 29th anniversary--and the workmanship is superb!!
