RecommendedWe went into Nord Jewelers to look at engagement rings and walked out with the one. The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Knowing nothing about diamonds, they sat us down and walked us through every detail. I would highly recommend this wonderful, family owned company!
Jeff worked with me on creating a wedding band off of a picture I had seen. My engagement ring was hard to find a band to fit with it correctly. He made the band and I am super happy with the quality. Our family has had a couple things done here and every time we have been so happy! Love my band. Recommend them all the time.
They took to 2 rings I had and designed a “dream catcher” Pendent from the rings. It is absolutely stunning ❤️

I spent 2yrs putting off getting my grandmother's engagement ring and my sweet 16 ring fixed because I have heard such terrible stories about big box jewelry stores swapping stones. Jeff fixed my grandmother's ring and my sweet 16 ring right in front of me! So there was no guessing games. I ended up having them resize my sweet 16 ring, so in total, it was $150 for everything. We had a unique ring purchased while on a cruise that my mom wanted to use as a wedding ring. She went to several stores around town looking at different styles of bands and nothing was comfortable and fit the ring the way she wanted. Jeff created a custom design that exceeded her expectations. I went in with her to pick it up and the customer service we experienced blew me away. My diamond engagement ring suffered major structural damage.We brought it Nords as they had been recommended to us. They provided a quick estimate and completed the ring in the time they promised. They do quality work and stand behind their work. We would highly recommend them!
