My 18 year old platinum engagement ring and wedding band are soldered together but the band cracked. Austin cut the shanks off the back, replaced them with one piece of platinum then lasered it to look like it was still two separate bands soldered together. These rings now are stronger, shinier, and simply better than they were when they were brand new! The entire staff at Nord’s is kind, patient, skilled, and knowledgeable. I had the best experience working with Bob Mitchell & the whole Nord Jewelers Staff. Bob provided me with so much knowledge of what to look for when choosing engagement rings, kept everything in my budget, and in the end I had a beautiful ring. Don't go anywhere else people! Went in to have my prong fixed on my twelve year old wedding ring. I expected to just simply have it fixed, but after speaking with Austin, he was able to make some slight modifications to my setting, while he fixed it, and it is literally perfect! I could not be happier and plan to use them for all of my repairs!
