I have been using both Norcast and Blue Rooster phone and internet services for years. I am very happy that they became one! On the rare instance that there is something wrong with my service I often find myself on the phone with the same reliable support team members, and even the owners of the company on occasion! They react swiftly and efficiently to all of my needs and I would not consider any other provider. Thank you NORCAST!!
The techs came and installed a new Panasonic small business system in one day. They are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly!

Norcast has been great to work with. After much back and forth we decided to go with a new phone system and chose to go with Norcast. Once we made that choice, they hit the ground running. They did extensive work making sure we planned out everything we could before the install. The Blue Norcast staff is amazing, they actually care about the service they provide, and usually they even know about a problem before I do (which is pretty impressive, since I really pay attention!). I have a T1 to a remote location in Templeton for my home office. Being so far out, it's not too uncommon for AT&T to have issues with the physical infrastructure, but Norcast is always on top of it making sure that AT&T is getting the job done, without me having to babysit the process.
Salesperson I dealt with misrepresented the total monthly fees to be charged per line. When asked about it after getting my first bill, was basically told "too bad."
