Using Norcast has been the best decision our company has made. From day one they have gone above and beyond "good" customer service. We had so much trouble with a couple other providers when we moved to our new location. We almost had no internet or phone for our opening day, but upon calling Norcast at the very last minure, they stepped up provided us with phone and internet and have been there for us ever since!
Only issue is that you don't have residential service....... yet.
We have found a great business partner with Norcast. Matt is always helpful, friendly and easy to work with. No problems, no complaints! I would recommend Norcast highly.

So far we are loving having fast internet and reliable bandwidth/connections. Our former provider didn't give me the confidence that we needed to run a solid business. We are hoping that more and more businesses will join us in our use of Norcast downtown and will increase the demand for businesses to come to our little neighborhood. I also really appreciate the techs coming out any time we have a problem.Great work guys!
