We love the customer service and knowledgeable staff. The system is very reliable, and usually any problems are with our equipment and human error rather than a Norcast issue. This is a locally owned and managed business that really cares about their customers.

We are a small internet-based business in San Luis Obispo who had used a large internet provider for our phone and internet for many years. When we moved locations our provider said our new location was serviceable, until a technician came out two weeks after we had moved and said it wasn't a serviceable location. Norcast delivers that best combination of small town service with the technical expertise of a big city company. They have been quick to offer advise and support with out VOIP project. Best of all, when you have a question about your service, you can just call them an talk to a knowledgeable person on the first call!
I am still experiencing periodic / intermittent "crackling" sounds while on various calls. I am concerned that the quality of the phone connections have somehow been diminished due to the recent merger of companies. If I were to guess, I would say that some new use of VOIP may be causing this sort of problem. The reason I say this is that the "crackling" sound is one of the main reasons I have resisted choosing to employ a VOIP solution in general.
