It's very rare in this day and age of large companies providing phone and internet service it's rare to find the kind of service that Norcast Telecom provides. If we ever have an issue we get a real person on the phone with a real response and they are all about solving problems and keeping our phone and internet service seamless. Our medical group is in 3 cities on the Central Coast. Norcast provides our WAN and telephone services. Their private network allows us to have fast intra-office networks at a price much lower than our earlier provider. Norcast is easy to work with, and they respond quickly and appropriately when we have any issue. I highly recommend them.
The switch to Norcast has been great for our business. It is refreshing to be able to get a quick local response when you pick up the phone and have questions!

Unsatisfactory response to my conference call low volume issues. My Toshiba phone system was checked out before I called Norcast by Accurate Teleocm. They determined the problem was low volume on the lines, not my phone system. Norcast made an appointment with Cencom (w/o my permission â I donât use these guys anymore due to poor performance and excessive pricing) to schedule an on-site visit. Norcast passed the buck
