What an incredibly professional and courteous company! Robert Hood came out to help us resolve our problem with our scan/fax machine not sending and receiving information via the internet. I believe he went above and beyond to resolve the problem especially since this is not his expertise. In fact, he did help us resolve it and was truly the one person out of the many that we contacted for help that seemed to care and wanted to make sure he resolved the issue. Thank you Robert!
I have been a Norcast customer since opening my business over 17 years ago. Their customer service has always been outstanding. They have provided excellent telecommunication services, they are very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with and above all, they have provided excellent technical support. Other companies cannot match the services or prices I receive from Norcast.
My internet connection problem was solved effectively and very efficiently. I emailed to report my problem to Chris and within the hour I received a response from Jill. Appointments were executed on my behalf for a field visit to correct the problem. Very satisfied!!
Everyone from Nick the sales person to the installation team of Lance and Carlos-did a great job. We have had to call them with questions and they get right back to us immediately with answers and if you are not doing business with Norcast-you should be! Thanks guys!
