Completely irritated by this place. I spoke to a man last week who scheduled me an appointment for my son. I arrive to be told all the doctors are gone for the day and that the person registered my son in the system but did not put the appointment in the system. It is very hard to get an infant out of the house, travel to the city , find parking to make it on time for an appointment , all to be told it wasn’t put in the system. Completely poor operations
Dba Boston O&P the clinic is difficult to schedule and shows no respect for patient time. They consistently reschedule and even no show without informing patients.
