Excellent south Philadelphia restaurant in a up and coming neighborhood. Highly recommend this. The seafood is wonderful and the owners are a couple of class people.
Excellent restaurant with a stellar menu and wonderful staff! Lots of comfort food items, but they change their menu often and add several options for each season. The cod with corn and peaches was a perfect summer dish full of flavor and the chicken curry with chickpeas is sultry and tasty. My husband and I sat outside, with a view of the Passyunk fountain. The bread, mussels and homemade bark (dessert) were also all very good! The waitstaff was tentative, polite, fun and had great recommendations. BYOB. Lovely spot!

Excellent service and an interesting imaginative menu. The cauliflower app was excellent as well as the pork, rabbit and dumplings. Save room for the Dutch almond pound cake.
Great time at Noord. Inventive cooking. Terrific food preparations. And service from Louis (or spelled Lewis) could not have been better.
