I paid $100 for a bouquet from noni’s, my payment had an issue and at first when they contacted me I was very impressed with their quick response, when the flowers were delivered today, I was very sad to see how empty this bouquet was, half of the Lily’s were not even blooming. I am giving a one star because this is not a 100 dollar bouquet. I am very disappointed, and to add, I called this morning after the delivery and no one answered the phone.
RecommendedNot a flower person but these flowers are beautiful and totally made my day. The driver called me because I was not home to see where he can put the flowers and was very professional. Thank you for making my birthday special with this beautiful creation.
The worst customer service and quality product I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Noni is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The daisies were wilted and the floral arrangement looked nothing like the picture on 1800Flowers. She and her husband caused a scene at my mom's place of business. She refused to redeliver the arrangement and talked trash about 1800Flowers. She signed a contract with them and didn't honor it. Then, contacted me again after I told her not to.
