I cannot sing enough praises about NOMs in Sandusky and in Tiffin. I had the experience of meeting three wonderful PCP's and their staff over the last month and I am just floored how I was treated with such kindness and understanding. From shaking hands to getting hugs, NOMs Healthcare is fantastic!!
Care has always been good, but billing really dropped the ball with my last visit. They made zero attempts to make it right after I had to pay money out of pocket because the bill was sent to me late a mistake that they admitted to.
