In town for a bb tournament at Sports Force Park and we’ve been in “urgent” care for nearly 2 hours. X-ray machine was broken and my son went for a quick X-ray and was gone for 45 minutes with zero communication or explanation from the staff while he was back there. Thankfully he was texting me and I had to let the staff out front know there was a problem with the X-ray machine in the back. Problems happen - but please COMMUNICATE when they do.
