The customer service at this place is atrocious! My recent experience at Norwalk Family Practice was so unprofessional! There is no way to make a formal complaint about my experience. Several of my emails went unanswered. I even called the office directly, thought my problem was solved and still received a bill. Funny that when I sent an email about how my bill was supposed to be taken care of, my balance was zero, when I checked a week later. Recently, I required eye care and was unable to get an appointment where I had been receiving care in the past years. Dr. Prophal was recommended by a friend and long time patient. I have had my first appointment and I now absolutely recommend University Ophthalmologists and especially Dr. Prophal. My appointment experience was first class, from the reception, check in, pre exam, professional examination to consultation.
