@Dermatology. Thank you Allison Winans for prescribing my daughter medicine for years that turned out she was allergic to and didn’t even have the condition you were treating. If anything all you did was make my 4 year olds skin worse. You were rude every visit and wouldn’t even listen to my concerns. So once again I’d like to say thank you for all the days I had to miss at work over the years & all the ER visits I had to take my toddler to. The best thing you and that place ever did was dismiss my 4 year old as a patient.

The customer service at this place is atrocious! My recent experience at Norwalk Family Practice was so unprofessional! There is no way to make a formal complaint about my experience. Several of my emails went unanswered. I even called the office directly, thought my problem was solved and still received a bill. Funny that when I sent an email about how my bill was supposed to be taken care of, my balance was zero, when I checked a week later. So glad I found a different office who treats me the way a patient should be cared... read more
