Scheduling online and phone service could be better. Front desk had me do over everything that I filled out online and had "no record" of an appointment despite getting calls and emails on the initial visit. Perhaps not a staff problem, but the set up from the highest authority. This has caused significant wait times exceeding a half hour each visit - why schedule if you can't uphold it? Trying online to schedule a COVID test is a nightmare using the interface on the web wether by phone or computer. I was eventually able to set up an account then get it to schedule me Then it sent me QR code I was suppose to find to bring to testing center ? Was eventually able to find results online . 2 staff onsite were friendly but seemed unaware of issues with trying to schedule appts ect on their web page .
