I wish I could give zero stars. these people are scum. first, scheduling was a mess. they cancelled via the automated system with no explanation. when we called to get more information, we were met with rudeness. if we hadn't had called, I'm not sure we would have even known to schedule another showing. once we did get a showing, the realtor is late, rude, and condescending. things got worse once we applied. we get through the entire application process, our application is approved and they even SEND US THE LEASE. but aft... read more
Poor customer services and terrible people, I regret the day I signed a lease with them.
RecommendedThis team demands nothing but the best of themselves and each other to provide above and beyond excellent service. You will not discover a better equipped team of knowledge, skill, and experience to lease and manage or sell your home! Often times we face the brunt of unfair and unwarranted criticism and rarely hear praise. It’s a thankless industry, yet we hold strong to basic core principles which has made Nomadic successful and head and shoulders leader in the industry.
Nomadic Real Estate has been a constant source of frustration and inadequcy in my life for the past year and a half. Without hesistation, I full heartedly advise against working with Nomadic in any capacity. I rented from Nomadic for a year and they consistently demonstrated a complete disregard for their managed properties and utter incompetence dealing with tenants. Their contractor reinstalled a water-damaged smoke detector in my apartment, despite me alerting the property manager in writing at least three times that it should be replaced, and the property manager never responded to me when I asked if it was a replacement. I discovered this when I had Code Enforcement out about other issues. I had lived with a broken smoke detector for three months...in a multi-family building. If they ask for your bank account info in order to rent with them DON’T GIVE IT TO THEM. They are scamming you! I lived in a Nomadic property for 2 years and moved out nearly 6 months ago. They continue to withdraw funds from my account each month! I’ve complained to the Better Business Bureau and Nomadic sent me a check for what they took, but then they continued to withdraw money from my account after ‘resolving the issue’. Horrible Horrible Service
I am making a review and I'm not even a client. They have a great property locas ted near downtown silver spring that has been on the market for 2 months now. they don't offer a live person to talk to and I've had to reschedule a showing 5 times, once 2x in the same day and the first time the representative rescheduled for an earlier time and was late and did not have the key.
