It is a great place to live and love my apartment and no problems here so far .
Great place to live, I love my apartment very roomy and not very many shared walls with neighbors- well designed, and the grounds and pool area are great. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. And I love this neighborhood, great area to live.
All staff (front desk office, maintenance, etc) are incredibly kind and are immediate on helping out in anyway they can. The community is always spotless and residents are friendly.
I have a beautiful apartment here, love Nolina Flats, great amenities, homes, and staff. I especially write this review to commend Anthony of the office staff, who helped me with a noisy neighbor, turning the situation around the same day. He and all the staff have always been courteous and happy to help, which is a very important part of what makes this place a great home.
It's a great place to live. Neighbors are friendly and quite. The apartments are spacious and have soaking tubs. The leasing office is professional and courteous. Tons of shops, entertainment, restaurants, and 12 minutes from Lakeline Mall.
