I want to start by saying I'm sad I even have to write this. I have used Nolands Roofing on two new roofing projects in the last 6 months and the first install was easy and great. We have contacted the manufacturer and took them samples to see if they feel this is an issue and are currently looking into it. We have multiple samples we showed Multiple pictures of the shingles and even a picture that was signed off on. Met with salesman to who was more then happy to get working on setting up the meeting with insurance adjuster. He told me so much that now I find Noland's is back pedaling on claiming that was never the agreement. Skip forward and now I have a roof that has been put on poorly and rushed all while during the process the lack of care the crew had was shown when they let a roll of some blue materials roll off my roof and onto my brand new metal shed. A few months back.. I've had the privilege of working with Noland's, I've never seen a company that cares more about making sure their customers are fully satisfied with their roofing needs. Starting with Bruce Johnson he took the time to explained every step of the roof installation and he also recommended upgrading the ridge with vents so the attic has better ventilation which will help the house to cooler in the summer but also we will increase the lifetime of the shingles. ZERP stars was not an option but that is EXACTLY what they deserve: ZERO stars! Nolands Roofing is a SCANEDLOUS company, unorganized bookkeeping, and I have been HARRASSED by them for money I don't owe to them for 19 months. I sold my home of 20 years in August 2019 and paid my deductible and insurance installments directly to Nolands Roofing. I am HARRASSED daily: calls, texts, emails, I have had to hire an ATTORNEY now to handle the issue after getting nowhere with the billing department at Nolands. They employ harrassing ... read more

These are inaccurate claims. There was a discrepancy on the dollar amount of the law required deductible . The amount provided to us was not correct so we are asking for the money due to equal the correct and required amount due to meet the policy deductible. We are also seeking council to rectify this case. We stand firm that we are a reputable and reliable company that has serviced over 25,000 customers!
I just had my roof replaced by Noland Roofing and couldn't be happier. Everyone I worked with was so knowledge and helpful. Nolands Roofing came out found wind damage was able to get our insurance to cover under our policy. We upgraded to a metal roof and love it.
