A professional job. Sales representative took time to review the entire process. Other companies only presented an estimate. Crew arrived before daybreak and worked as hard as anyone I've ever seen. Roof was always left weather tight. My roof took 3days due to complexity. Crew always worked hard. The yard was left cleaner than when they started. I would recommend Nolan's

Nolan's Roofing we're very professional. The representative Matt *********** came and got on the roof, took pictures and gave a thorough explanation. I had other estimates from companies who used satellite and didn't even come to view the roof. Nolan's staff explained the process, the roofers worked very hard all day and it was finished. We are customers of Noland's Roofing and love our roof! The job was done in a timely manor and looks great too! Our neighbor's loved it so much they each got new roofs too! Kudos to the entire staff and crew who worked so hard to provide us with our new roof, which is the most important part of a home!
When they finally come, the installers work hard. The gutter guy shows up eventually, and before they ever finish, even though they hard 95% of the money up front, in my case for over 3 months, here comes the bill. They first billed me after the gutter guy hadn't shown up twice, the Wind Mitigation hadn't even tried to schedule, and NO WARRANTY PAPERWORK had arrived. Nolands roofing of Clermont AWFUL!, Terrible! use anyone else. They put the wrong color roof on the house, absolutely awful color. Now have to live with a bright orange roof for 20 years. They filed a second claim on home owners insurance and told me after the fact. Then kept sending an additional bill. no communication, NONE. When i told them i was not paying them another dime, they reported that nothing in the file shows the wrong color roof was placed. After initial confusion(color changed after contract signing) and the wrong color being installed, Noland's immediately reached out to the homeowner and came to an agreement that instead of replacing the roof that we would instead paint the home at no cost to the homeowner. Noland's had the home painted and feedback was that everything was good. The review above is the first notification that the homeowner was not happy.
