Nolan's Roofing we're very professional. The representative Matt *********** came and got on the roof, took pictures and gave a thorough explanation. I had other estimates from companies who used satellite and didn't even come to view the roof. Nolan's staff explained the process, the roofers worked very hard all day and it was finished. We are customers of Noland's Roofing and love our roof! The job was done in a timely manor and looks great too! Our neighbor's loved it so much they each got new roofs too! Kudos to the entire staff and crew who worked so hard to provide us with our new roof, which is the most important part of a home!
When they finally come, the installers work hard. The gutter guy shows up eventually, and before they ever finish, even though they hard 95% of the money up front, in my case for over 3 months, here comes the bill. They first billed me after the gutter guy hadn't shown up twice, the Wind Mitigation hadn't even tried to schedule, and NO WARRANTY PAPERWORK had arrived. Now, here's the real kicker, They tell you that you have to pay your bill in full AND THEN WAIT 6 Months for a warranty from someone else! I paid for this warra... read more
Nolands roofing of Clermont AWFUL!, Terrible! use anyone else. They put the wrong color roof on the house, absolutely awful color. Now have to live with a bright orange roof for 20 years. They filed a second claim on home owners insurance and told me after the fact. Then kept sending an additional bill. no communication, NONE. When i told them i was not paying them another dime, they reported that nothing in the file shows the wrong color roof was placed. After initial confusion(color changed after contract signing) and the wrong color being installed, Noland's immediately reached out to the homeowner and came to an agreement that instead of replacing the roof that we would instead paint the home at no cost to the homeowner. Noland's had the home painted and feedback was that everything was good. The review above is the first notification that the homeowner was not happy. I want to start by saying I'm sad I even have to write this. I have used Nolands Roofing on two new roofing projects in the last 6 months and the first install was easy and great. However, this second time around I feel totally screwed over. We have contacted the manufacturer and took them samples to see if they feel this is an issue and are currently looking into it. We have multiple samples we showed Multiple pictures of the shingles and even a picture that was signed off on. Met with salesman to who was more then happy to get working on setting up the meeting with insurance adjuster. He told me so much that now I find Noland's is back pedaling on claiming that was never the agreement. Skip forward and now I have a roof that has been put on poorly and rushed all while during the process the lack of care the crew had was shown when they let a roll of some blue materials roll off my roof and onto my brand new metal shed. A few months back.. I've had the privilege of working with Noland's, I've never seen a company that cares more about making sure their customers are fully satisfied with their roofing needs. Starting with Bruce Johnson he took the time to explained every step of the roof installation and he also recommended upgrading the ridge with vents so the attic has better ventilation which will help the house to cooler in the summer but also we will increase the lifetime of the shingles.
