Phenomenal customer service with office staff Myiah was always helpful . We had **** come out and do an inspection he was very friendly and knowledgeable . Found several shingles that seemed to have manufacture defects , guided us on steps to take next . We look forward to them fixing our bad shingles . Highly recommend .

I was approached via text message from Martinis ******** an employee with this company. He explained that he was doing roofing on another house and could see that I needed some repair. He did not know who own the house but decided to look up the public information. Still was unsure of who I am (Last name changed due to marriage) until he noticed my brother leaving my home one day. **** it is against the law to not pay the deductible on an insurance claim and we would never put our license on the line to accommodate anything of that sort. You are not only due your deductible but another $2,437.16 that the insurance company gave you for the roof plus the wood that was used on your roof to complete the project and bring your roof up to code. Kale came to my house to provide a free roof inspection. He identified damage from a hailstorm and assured us he would assist with the claims process. Initially, he was available and communicative during the claims process. However, once the roofing company decided to cover only the hail-damaged sections instead of the entire roof, Kale became unresponsive.Despite multiple attempts to contact him for an estimate on the originally assessed damage, I have received no response. Replaced roof shingles blew off. Wont fix it Nolans doesnt stand behind their work very disappointing

Nolands Has been in contact with the homeowner we have explained in detail that the plastic on the back of the shingle is not supposed to be removed.
We called Nolands out about a year ago due to a leak that the manager stated was from the roof and he spent about an hour sealing as we are still under warranty . Now a year later it is a major leak with damage to drywall and the wall.. We reached out to Nolands 9/11 and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out. Nolans Roofing **** did a roof on my house Which my insurance paid for $21,811.09 but they collected from me An additional $8,000.00 And I want my money back

We are angry and very disappointed with a response given to ** after spending approximately $10, 120,00 on a roof replacement thereabout November 2019. We reported extensive roof and ceiling damage in ******* which occurred the latter part of December 2023. Someone from ****** came out to investigate the complaint. After saying they would handle the insurance company and lawsuit with Hale Hale and Jacobson who is another bunch of loosers, I had to be the one calling them for 4 1/2 years to get a status only to be told the lawyer would call me which he never did.
