Mike and his son were fantastic to work with. Our HVACs (yes, more than one) both went out at the same time. Add to the that it started snowing that day. We called around and Mike was able to squeeze us in. We were so fortunate too because out of the other two techs that came by to the diagnose the problem, Mike was the only one to really walk us through the issue and some alternatives we could explore.
