I use to like coming to the nail salon. I think the owner is really nice but the staff needs to treat everyone with respect. They chose this job to work with feet and hands This salon deserves zero stars. The way they treat Black customers compared to white customers is absolutely disgusting. The staff are rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional toward us, while bending over backwards for others. 0 stars do not go here. Horrible rude manager and customer service. Save your money, they do not care about their customers. Manager went off on my friend for coming in 2 1/2 hours before close in front of the whole store.

Stopped by around two weeks ago for a pedicure. Definitely my last time as they have gotten very lazy and rush through your service just to get you out the door. Also paid extra $20 for gel polish and it’s already chipping. Not worth the money!!!

After finally, finding a nail tech, that was qualified, the last few times I have been going to the salon to see Jimmy. Today he wasn’t available so someone else did my gel manicure and pedicure. When I went to pay, they charged me a significant amount more for a gel manicure. I told them what I had paid in the past a few times, and she actually accused me of lying! Now my search continues for a nail salon that is not only qualified, but that is honest and doesn’t change their prices every time.
