One of the best omakase dinner I have had! Fresh, flavorful, satisfying, minimal, restraint are some of the words that comes into mind.... will come back again! Staff and service was amazing as well!
Everything was phenomenal. Despite the western twists, which totally elevated each course, the dedication and care to each element and ingredient brought me right back to Japan. This was so great. Thank you for a wonderful experience, and see you next month!
Incredible. Sushi that you dream about. Fish so fresh, so flavorful. Each dish different and an explosion of unique flavors. Service was impeccable. The ambiance made me feel like I was no longer in Portland. Simply amazing. Go! Go! Go! You should have went yesterday. ;) The hardcore sushi was the dinner I attended but I can only imagine all of their dinner creations are phenomenal. I had a great time at Nodoguru. My biggest complaint was that my friends wanted to converse with me whereas I just wanted to be alone during my food worship.
