My girlfriend bought 2 Hardcore Omakase for my birthday and unfortunately it was shut down 1 week prior to our chosen date (March 2020) and then told us we'd be on the list for upcoming reservations and stopped all communication after April 2020. They owe us $390 and it's now October 2021. Extremely disappointed about how unethical the owner is.
Great experience, nothing to compare to. Period.

The best restaurant in Portland hands down. Ryan and Elena are impeccable hosts and you won't find a better or more innovative dining experience in this area.
Ryan's attention to detail is complete. I was given the very best service and quality by Brendan and Becca also. The evening is more than the best food Portland has to offer, it is an experience that is unforgettable!! Thank you Nodoguro for what you have created!!

Hands down best restaurant in Portland.... probably west coast.
If I were on death row I would request Chef Ryan and linger over an amazing never the same twice menu. Plus the sake flight. Bonus is Chef Ryan’s wife Elena who brings a sophistication and friendliness to a true Mom and Pop restaurant that rises above anywhere else I have ever dined.
