amazing service, great food, intimate atmosphere and fun music. I had a wonderful experience
Nodoguro has a highly authentic Japanese style environment. The food is high quality and, from my experience, imported. My first time here was with my friend for a pop up omakase. My second time here was with my fiancé (previously mentioned friend) for the pop up ramen noodles. We are beyond impressed with this establishment and look forward to our next visit.

Thank you, Jamee!! Pleasure to see you again and look forward to the next time! Ryan
Gourmet sushi!! To die for!!
I don't think there were anything on the menu I didn't like which makes it so hard to pick a favorite. The wagyu beef with caviar though... I had to close my eyes and savor it until I couldn't taste it any more. I'll leave it at that :-). Everything from presentation to service to palate... it is an experience everyone must try.
Supremely bland, flat, and unimpressive for the price. Went with some excitement after reading reviews and was treated to the most meager and boring tasting menu I've ever had. The food was presented as if it was somehow delicate or special, but it was simply unseasoned, one-dimensional, or just plain bad. I'll be staying away.
Business response:
Thanks for trying it! 👍

What a great dining experience at Nodoguro - a 19 course omakase served and curated by chef Ryan Roadhouse and his lovely and friendly wife Elena with fish flown in from Japan. I liked everything, and if I have to pick favorites, it would be the Hokkaido bafun uni, highest grade of sea urchin (my first time and LOVED it), ikura, geoduck, fried Japanese eggplants. The other items we had were: Wild Aji from Chiba, Hokkaido Sea Scallop, Wild Saba from Kanazawa, and isaki from Fukuoka. You should definitely visit - it's fantasti... read more
