From the moment you walk in to the practice you feel like one of the family. They all take time to explain everything to you, and make you feel at ease. I love the fact that my family can go to one place for their dental treatment. It made it easy for them to transition from the kids side to the adult side, but they still get to see everyone. It is a very happy environment:-)
Took my daughter in for her semi-annual teeth cleaning. Rose, the hygienist, is always great - thorough and efficient. The office runs efficiently and effectively. Traffic was a mess and they were flexible enough to adapt as everyone was stuck that day due to Prez of China's visit, myself included! Thanks to all in the office who made this appointment work! in and out with clean teeth and set up for the spring cleaning also!

If you'd have told me when I was growing up that there could be such a thing as a pleasant dental experience, I'd have bitten your right hand off. From the check-in desk, to the appointment reminders, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, to Dr Scott's 3d-print-while-you-wait what-colour-do-you-want-it crowns, its not so much the dentist that I feared as a kid as it is an hour long tooth-to-tooth tete-a-tete.
I wouldn't trust anyone but Roze to clean my teeth! Always happy to come back here.
I have been a patient for a few years and always receive excellent service. Always a good time and sparkly teeth. Thank you for supporting my daughter with her Girl Scouts too!
The office always helps me coordinate my 6 month cleaning with those of my two children. All three of us had a great experience. The staff is kind, considerate and professional. They listen... to me and my children. This goes to for the ENTIRE staff from Dr. Thoa and Dr. Scott the hygienists, to April and Nicole at the front desk. They have made my children super comfortable - over the last 10 years and treatment - and my children are so fortunate as they don't carry with them the fear of the dentist that I grew up with. i c... read more
Dr. Thoa is wonderful, as well as all of her staff. We love it there so much that we drive from Seattle to Issaquah for all of our children's dental needs.
