I actually look forward to visits to the dentist. Everyone at Pacific Dental Care is friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate that the hygienists, dentists and staff explain things and communicate thoroughly, whether it's about my teeth and gums or scheduling my next visit.
Efficient, little discomfort and clean teeth in less than an hour.
Of course dental emergencies always happen on the weekend. A crown popped off on Saturday afternoon, & Dr. Okino's office got back to me quickly to find an appointment as quickly as possible for the repair. Good work all around.

I've been going to Dr. Scott's office for many years. Always enjoy the entire office of very caring staff. My visit yesterday was for a teeth cleaning which was done by Rosa. Great work, Rosa. Dr. Scott was away but everything went smoothly. I wear a bridge which I have cleaned each time I'm in but this time I totally forgot it. Got all the way home -- too late. I have been going to Pacific Dental for around 15 years. Yesterday I went in for my cleaning and my favorite dental assistant, Rose, met me with her charm and humor! We laugh so much while she cleans my teeth that sometimes I wonder if they schedule more time for my cleaning. I wasn't on the schedule to see Dr Okino. It was just a normal cleaning. Everyone in this office is friendly, helpful AND professional. We see Dr. Scott and are very impressed with his dental skills as well as his interest in our lives. I definitely recommend this dental practice.
Going to the dentist is never "fun", but my son was being extremely difficult during his recent checkup. Jaime, our hygienist, was awesome. She was patient and gentle with him, yet forceful enough to get the entire job done. She even reassured me that "this is nothing", when I apologized profusely for my son's behavior. She even calmed him down enough that he was relatively easy going by the time Dr. Thoa arrived. A big thanks to Jaime for making our visit so much easier!
Dr. Okino and his staff are excellent at what they do. I had an "emergency dental situation" with a broken front tooth. I watched in amazement as Dr. Okino crafted two new teeth for me and then 3D printed them out in the office and cemented them on all in the same appointment. I walked out with a 100% better smile than I came in with! These were my two bottom front teeth so they are key to my smile.
