If you're like me and you base your decision to stay at a hotel only after studying reviews, trust me... stay here. The decor is amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful.
Great location, good breakfast was included,gorgeous rooms with all the mod cons as well,we liked everything about it.

The location was ideal. The bed was comfortable. Though limited, it was nice to have a continental breakfast available. It was reasonably priced.

The staff/owners were very friendly and accommodating; they made good recommendations on things to see and do. The room was beautifully decorated in the victorian style. The lamps were exquisite and the jacuzzi tub was a pleasant surprise. The bedding and linens were top notch. It was a special birthday for my husband (which they knew) and so we felt we were treated especially well, but I suspect they treat all their customers like that... We would definitely stay there again.
Great Value – Location was fairly good, the value for money and complimentary internet, wine and cheese
This hotel is Specail – Both the hotel and restaurant are highly recommended. Not too girly for me but just ornate enough to feel pretty and special
Fantastic ! – The bathroom was large with a huge shower. Fantastic And next time in SF, I will absolutely get my boyfriend to stay there
