Loved the rooms, food was great, and everyone was very helpfull and friendly.
Pretty good, nice atmosphere and decent facilities.
Good experience. Friendly staff and clean.
Wonderful place, will stay again.
I love this place the old-fashioned British-style B & B hotel with pub. The staff are extremely nice and helpful
I live about 1.5 blocks from this hotel, and my parents stay here when they visit. They love it. It's cozy and adorable - beautiful Victorian architecture, ornate marble-floored lobby. The rooms are small (which is expected, given the building's age and history) but very clean and beautifully furnished. It is one of the few neighborhood hotels that pre-dates the 1906 fire.
Every worker was very nice and more than willing to go out of their way to ensure that I had a great stay. The historic hotel is beautiful, however, the people are by far the best asset.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was great - we got there a bit early and they were happy to store our stuff. The room was great.
My stepfather (who is a finicky meat snob) recently had the prime rib, and said it was so good he didn't have to season it, which is an enormous compliment from him. Their pasta (especially the risotto) is rich and delicious
