I have to say what a shame that this place has such a great vet but you have to first go thru the the office staff who I feel are a bunch a incompetent, un-informed, un-trained group of individuals!! Non-one knows what their job responsibilities are! No-one knows how to relay correct information! No-one knows seems to care!! You can count on getting different information every time you make a call to them!! I just don’t get it!

Noah’s walked me through making one of the most difficult decisions of letting my fur baby cross the rainbow bridge late at night, on a busy military training filled weekend. Lola battled epilepsy for most of her life and although my heart is broken, I know I made the right choice. My cat, Elvis suffered a diabetic seizure and arrived at the hospital at 11:45 pm. Dr. Lada stayed past her midnight schedule to treat him. I was 1500 miles away while this was going on. All the Drs there were available by phone every time I called to check in. I can Thank Them Enough for taking such good care of my cat. Icing on the cake, two techs there from another facility knew Elvis and knew his situation, plus gave him extra love. We moved out of state over two years ago and have yet to find a vet our cat likes as much as Dr. Quigley. Every time we brought him in he was always so excited to see her and all of the staff. We never had any issues with him wanting to stay in his carrier; he would jump right out and run up to see them. Every vet we've tried since I have to physically remove him from the carrier and he ends up jumping back in. We have tried numerous vets since moving.
