Business response:

Jessica - we are so incredibly sorry about your experience. We strive to give excellent client service and we clearly didn't meet that goal this time. Would you please give our Practice Manager, Myranda Stoner, a call so we can discuss your visit in further detail? (317) 244-7651. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to talk to you about your experience.

My cat collapsed and couldn’t use his hind legs. We were referred here by my vet. They seemed very helpful on the phone. Said they’d be waiting to take my cat back for critical care immediately. When I arrived they seemed to not know anything about the situation. They slowly thumbed through some files and started to ask me questions about the cat. My cat starts choking and screaming so they finally take him back. Then they get us set up in a room. The doctor comes in after about five minutes she very bluntly says the cat can... read more

If I could give this office negative stars, I would. The emergency room seems to work well enough, and the doctors are knowledgeable, however that’s where anything positive stops. They have dropped the ball so many times I’m just three months of being an established patient that I truly fear for the outcomes of their other patients. The support staff is supremely incompetent, incapable of routinely following standards of practice and what I would assume is company policy. Their lack of communication leaves one to wonder if t... read more

Took our dog into Noah’s the day before yesterday morning for what we believed to be an ear infection and he was also scratching the side of his face as well and had a little raw spot. We were told they’d clean him up and treat him and would be done quickly. After hours we called and were told there were some emergencies that came in they had to tend to. We asked if they at least put a cone on him, gave him some meds to make him comfortable and trim his dew claw while he was waiting and was told yes they did. This went on al... read more

This was my first time visiting but because we just came off of lockdown, my vet moved, AND I wasn’t sure why my cat was spitting up and not eating all of a sudden, i ended up at this practice. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. However, when I met with the attending DVM, I felt he was judgmental and didnt take time to really understand what I had to say about my cat. I kept trying to explain what symptoms I had observed, coughing like he had something stuck, a sudden change in behavior, and a history of UTI’s... read more

I HIGHLY recommend Noah’s to any family for lodging for their dog. We boarded him for 4 day’s over Memorial Day weekend. Our pup has had issues with aggression since we got him, but they took him in and he now loves them like family! They easily could have left him in his cage all weekend since he can be challenging, but instead they worked with him all weekend, taking him out helping him learn to be more social with strangers. We even got picture and text updates all weekend. We are so happy with Chauncey’s experience at No... read more
