My mom and I were there last night to have her cat evaluated and (unfortunately) euthanized. Dr. Rice, Michael and the rest of the staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating. We were one of the last patients there and didn't end up leaving until after they had closed. However, they never made us feel rushed and the care of her beloved cat was their first priority. We take all our family dogs here and they are great and compassionate staff. I’ve had to put down two dogs in the last two years and each time the staff was compassionate and so caring.
I took my boy bear in on the 22nd for a broken leg. they charged me 200 and didnt even wrap it up. so I went to med vet paid another 300 to have it wrapped up and pain meds until surgery. colerain vet failed to give my pup speedy care. They scheduled his surgery for the 26th he got in a accident 2 hours before surgery and broke the other paw. the casted paw was a hazzard and surgery should have been preformed promptly to have prevented this. Took my pug into Noah’s on Saturday afternoon. Her symptoms included lack of appetite, lethargy, and and extended abdomen. She was in very apparent pain. She was looked over very quickly with no tests preformed and the vet very confidently diagnosed her as having a “false pregnancy” which I was informed is very common and would go away on its own with time but was no threat to her health.
