I had to take my cat in for an emergency, after checking in we maybe waited 15 mins before being called. They took and did z-rays right away on him. The worst part was waiting in the back. But they were very busy with emergencies and they close at 9:00, but they were still working on animals at 9:45, and I never heard any workers complain about having to stay late. Thank you to all hard workers there! I definitely will be returning for shots. Very reasonable prices!
My dog was ran over by a car and thank God this place was open. They took amazing care of my Bruno and he’s finally all cleared and back to himself!!! And they are very reasonably priced!!!
thank you so much for taking care of our cats and our dog. We brought all of our cats in today, and we were treated very well, and everyone had compassion when one of our babies was found to have a heart murmur. Not to mention that for a walk in clinic, we were seen promptly, and while we were waiting for the vet we were checked on, and received an apology for our wait (which was no big deal). they was really good with my American Bully. most treat him as a vicious dog. but he's very sweet and when he got sick and broke out in hives they took really good care of him. they was kind and helpful i highly recommend them and will definitely go back.

Tell me why I should keep coming here...always a 2 hr min wait ...today was 3 to 4hr ...I finally gave up and left at 4p and u were just seeing the 1p ppl. ...I'll pay more to get speeder service...3 to 4 hrs is unacceptable for someone to wait.....hell ft Wright as a call window ..I bet I could make it to ft Wright in the call window ..I finally gave up ...my pets may or may not be back
I mainly use the Ft Wright location but have also used the Colerain location. I have never had any problems and find everyone, staff & vets, to be extremely helpful. I have used them for cats and rabbits.
