Rita Broughton. I have been going to Noah's ark for at least 30 years and have always had great service. I have taken all of my dogs there from puppies to days when they were so sick I would have them humanly euthanized. They delivered emergency c- section 7 beautiful pug dogs. If I would have to wait for certain doctors I would wait as long as needed. They are a clinic that does first come first serve unless there is a medical emergency would come in. I just wanted to thank the staff. They have been amazing through the loss of my pet.
My cat had an allergic reaction to her Flea medicine. I got there at about 7:30pm I was done by 8:45 the staff was very friendly and the gentleman who had to shave her back was super sweet to her. The doctor came in and counseled me on flea medicine. He was wonderful ( Doctor Tsao) He gave her a steroid shot and told me what to watch for afterwards. Thank you for the excellent service especially so late at night.
Dr. Tsao is an amazing doctor, been a Vet for 45 years. I have taken all my fur babies to him. The staff is compassionate, caring and definitely treat the pets like their own. I have been coming here since it was The Colerain Animal Clinic. The doctors and staff are angels. The prices are affordable too. I highly recommend!! <3
RecommendedExcellent care for kitty who needed xrays and evaluation for a potential leg break. Fortunately, it was nothing serious. It was walk in and a long wait but expected for emergency and walk in care. Very reasonable costs for the exam and very good xrays. The staff were kind and compassionate and even though there were not any breaks, the doctor brought us back and showed us the xray, explaining it in great detail and alleviating all our fears.
I had to put my hamster down and the staff was so caring and compassionate and kind. Thank you so much for your love and all that you do
I picked up my cats ashes today and was so happy the way Noah’s ark in West Chester took care of her and us and put together a bag and paw print of Lucy! We cried when we saw it! Thank you so much Noah’s ark!!
